Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring that project tasks are executed according to the project plan. Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues or delays. Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and safety protocols. Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project success. Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans to proactively address challenges. Maintain regular, open, and effective communication with Project Director, including clients, team members, and senior management. Provide status updates and ensure Project Director are informed about project progress, changes, and challenges. Allocate and manage project resources efficiently, balancing workload and priorities. Ensure that team members are clear on their roles and responsibilities and have the necessary tools and support. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk registers, and meeting minutes. Ensure that projects are delivered within the approved financial limits. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and Project Director, highlighting budget variances.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field. Minimum

10 years working experience in Project Manager position

in the construction field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Location Requirement:

This position is based in

Kota Tinggi, Johor.

Candidate must be willing and able to work in above mentioned location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
