Project Manager (Construction Engineering)

Full time

RM 6,000 - RM 8,000 per month

Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Working Hours: 8.00am - 5.00pm / 8.00am - 1.00pm

JOB DESCRIPTION

To oversee all the projects matters including site progress, site cost and etc. To write reports on project progress, tenders and related matters. To prepare time based programs and to monitor and control the same. Provide input on buildability. To chair the meeting with sub-contractors for progress and safety committee. To attend client and consultant meeting. To co-ordinate with local authority for requirements and needs arises. To assist the management to achieve the company vision and mission. To manage the site accordingly with given time, reasonable quality and within budget.

JOB REQUIREMENT/QUALIFICATION

Minimum

Diploma in Construction Management, or related field. At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry. Strong understanding of building and construction processes, standards, and site operations. Prior experience working with

Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR)

is an added advantage. Experience in hospital building projects is highly preferred.
