Lead and manage end-to-end software application development projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, QA, and business stakeholders.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while managing risks and dependencies.
Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and progress reports for stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and company policies.
Manage change requests, resolve issues, and drive continuous project improvements.
Good to have exposure in IoT and Big Data related projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT project management, specifically in application development.
PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/Scrum certification is an added advantage.
Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferably Malaysian citizens.
Good knowledge of IoT, Big Data, and cloud-based environments will be a plus.
