Job Description

Salary: MYR 8,000 - MYR 12,000 Per Month

Location: KL City, WP Kuala Lumpur

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced/Higher Graduate Diploma, Degree, or Post Graduate Degree.

Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is optional.

Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, good interpersonal skills.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions.

Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations.

Creative and innovative, bringing fresh perspectives and offering multiple solutions.

Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence and conflict resolution.

Interest in or capability with entrepreneurial skills or market business success.

Strong knowledge of applicable system automation and business solution software.

Responsibilities:

Prepare a master construction program for the entire project.

Check and monitor design by consultants for discrepancies.

Check and monitor master approval samples.

Monitor and ensure construction processes meet client requirements and standards.

Ensure quality objectives and procedures are established, reviewed, and implemented.

Monitor and ensure construction progress is ahead of schedule.

Provide recommendations and proposals for client representative comments or approval.

Review all issues and take appropriate action.

Attend meetings to advise on commercial or technical aspects.

Prepare minutes of meetings.

Initiate meetings and training for site staff.

Update progress reports.

Undertake any other tasks assigned by the Project Director.
