Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Power Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in substation, transmission, or distribution projects (11kV / 33kV).
Experience in EPC or turnkey substation projects is preferred.
Familiarity with TNB, SEB, SESB, or other utility project standards.
CIDB and/or Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Chargeman / Competent Engineer) certification is an added advantage.
Job Scope:
Manage the full project lifecycle for 11kV and 33kV substation projects, including planning, coordination, installation, testing, and commissioning.
Ensure all activities comply with technical, safety, and quality standards within the approved budget and timeline.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors; monitor site progress; and manage project documentation and handover.
