Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee logistics and supply chain-related projects. This role involves managing end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. The position is newly opened and represents a strategic hire for a key client.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage logistics and supply chain projects from initiation to completion. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, IT, and external vendors. Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and issues. Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal standards. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project scope.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in logistics or supply chain. Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain processes. PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello). Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Experience working with third-party logistics providers or in a client-facing role.

Contract length: 8 weeks

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
