Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and resource needs.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans including schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum or hybrid).
2. Stakeholder & Customer Management
Act as the main contact for both internal teams and customer stakeholders.
Conduct regular updates, meetings, and demo sessions.
Manage expectations, change requests, and escalations effectively.
3. Team Coordination & Leadership
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams (Business Analysts, Engineers, QA, DevOps).
Clarify roles, remove blockers, and encourage collaboration.
Escalate resource or priority conflicts when necessary.
4. Quality & Compliance
Ensure all deliverables meet defined quality standards, SLAs, and documentation requirements.
Drive UAT, obtain sign-offs, and ensure smooth post-go-live support transition.
Maintain compliance with company and client processes.
5. Risk & Issue Management
Identify, log, and mitigate project risks proactively.
Escalate critical issues with proposed solutions to leadership.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Provide weekly status reports on progress, risks, KPIs, and financials.
Maintain project documentation in Jira or SharePoint.
Document lessons learned for process improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing technical implementation projects, preferably in
IIoT, Industry 4.0, MES, or manufacturing software
.
Experience with cross-functional and customer-facing projects.
Proficient in
Jira
,
MS Project
, or similar tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
