Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead full lifecycle delivery -- scope, plan, budget, risks, and timeline -- from discovery through build, UAT, go-live, and hypercare. Drive hybrid Agile-Waterfall methodologies as appropriate. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Business Owners, Business Users, IT Stakeholders, and Suppliers to drive end-to-end project engagement -- from initiation and requirements definition through solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Conduct workshops, walkthroughs, and regular project tracking, status reporting, risk assessment, and mitigation reviews, including updates to the Steering Committee, to ensure alignment and timely decision-making. Post-Production & Transition Management: Oversee post-production issue management, hypercare activities, and smooth handover to AMS (Application Managed Services); ensure coordination between delivery and support teams for operational readiness. Project Governance & Control: Ensure delivery milestones, quality standards, and documentation are met in accordance with project governance; monitor vendor performance, manage change requests, and maintain project RAID logs. Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Provide project status reports and delivery insights to stakeholders; contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement within the delivery framework.
Required Skills & Experience:

5-7 years' experience as an Application Project Manager (or similar) delivering regional-scale business applications across multiple countries. Proficient in project governance, budgeting, vendor/SOW management, and change & release processes. Hands-on experience with Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and Jira. Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive reporting skills; able to operate effectively in dynamic, multi-time-zone environments.
