Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee end-to-end execution of strategic group initiatives, aligning cross-functional teams (development, testing, business) to deliver projects on time and in line with business objectives. Process Optimization: Design and optimize R&D workflows and quality standards, adapting processes to diverse business needs for continuous operational improvement. Performance Enhancement: Analyze project KPIs and efficiency metrics to identify bottlenecks, implement solutions, and deliver training programs to enhance team capabilities. Business & Pre-sales Support: Partner with sales teams to provide pre-sales support, including client requirement analysis, proposal development, solution design, and seamless project handover.
Requirement:

Fluent in both English and Chinese (verbal/written) required for daily operations and stakeholder communication. Bachelor or higher degree is a plus. 3+ years in project management (experience in finance/tech is preferred); PMP/Scrum/Agile certifications is a plus. Knowledge of financial instruments (securities, funds) and CFA I/related qualifications is a plus. Proven ability to drive cross-team collaboration, resolve conflicts, and translate technical requirements into actionable plans. Strategic problem-solver with adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
