JOB DESCRIPTION - PROJECT MANAGER
Position Title: Project Manager
Department: Group IT
Reports To: Mr G Saravanan (Group CTO)
Employment Type: Full-Time
1. Key Responsibilities
Lead planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of the Easy Claim system.
Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk registers.
Coordinate with vendors, IT teams, business users, finance, and operations.
Manage project budget, resources, change requests and governance processes.
Drive system testing activities including SIT, UAT planning, defect tracking, and go-live readiness.
Ensure all documentation is completed: BRD, SRS, test scripts, training materials, and SOPs.
Conduct weekly updates with the Project Sponsor and steer-co reporting.
Facilitate user onboarding, training, and post-go-live stabilisation support.
PMP Certificate/PRINCE2 preferred

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
