WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables. Collaborate with product managers, development team and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Monitor project requirements and ensure efficient use of resources. Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues promptly. Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with PolicyStreet's goals. Implement and promote Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and team collaboration.

Requirements

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

At least 2 years experience preferably in a tech environment, Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana), and best practices. A good understanding of software development processes and technologies is essential. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly desirable. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing stakeholder expectations effectively. Be self-motivated, responsible, dependable and an enthusiastic team player. Aggressive, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure and independently to meet tight deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
