Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Set a project timeline
2. Monitor project deliverables
3. Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
4. Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule
5. Status construction progress weekly
6. Ensure compliance safety
7. Collaborate, coordinate, plan and manage schedules with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the project team
8. Obtain the appropriate permits and licenses from authorities for construction sites
9. Ensure all deadlines are met
10. Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards
11. Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, local and state regulations are met

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
