We are expanding our
Projects Division in Malaysia
and are looking for an experienced
Project Manager
to oversee and manage our upcoming projects -- from renovation to new store openings.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all stages of
store renovation, fit-out, and construction projects
from planning to handover.
Coordinate with contractors, designers, consultants, and vendors
to ensure timelines, budgets, and design specifications are met.
Conduct
regular site inspections
to monitor progress, ensure quality, and enforce safety compliance.
Prepare and review
project schedules, cost estimates, and progress reports
.
Liaise with
landlords, authorities, and internal departments
to ensure smooth execution and handover.
Troubleshoot project issues, anticipate delays, and propose effective solutions.
Manage procurement of materials and ensure compliance with company standards.
Ensure all projects are completed
on time, within scope, and within budget
.
Report to Higher Management & highlight potential issues or roadblocks during the project period.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in
Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
.
Minimum
3 years of relevant working experience
in site supervision, retail, F&B, or commercial fit-out projects.
Strong understanding of
project scheduling, cost control, and vendor management
.
Proficient in
AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools
.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Own transport
and willing to travel between sites within Malaysia.
Able to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
