Job Responsibilities

Take full responsibility for planning, execution, cost control, and delivery of construction projects Lead and manage the project team on site Act as the main contact for clients, architects, and consultants Chair and manage all major project meetings Drive project schedules using CPM and ensure milestones are achieved Resolve site issues related to sequencing, constructability, and coordination Control project costs and ensure financial viability Manage subcontractor and supplier contracts, including variations and claims Identify and mitigate project risks proactively Prepare and present monthly project reports to management Ensure compliance with contracts, drawings, specifications, and safety regulations

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

5-8 years' experience

as a Project Manager in construction Proven track record of delivering construction projects Proficient in project scheduling, MS Excel, and MS Word Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Detail-oriented with strong cost control and analytical skills

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
