Job Summary

We are hiring an

IT Project Manager

with strong

banking and transaction banking experience

to manage IT projects and change requests end-to-end. The role involves close coordination with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage IT projects and change requests from initiation to delivery Engage business stakeholders to gather, review, and refine requirements Prepare and deliver

High Level Solution (HLS)

,

High Level Estimate (HLE)

, and cost estimates Coordinate timelines, resources, and budgets across IT and vendor teams Act as the central point of contact for project delivery and implementation Monitor progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure on-time delivery Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations Support vendor coordination, clarification, and SLA discussions

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum

5 years

of experience in

IT Project Management or Business Analysis

within banking Strong knowledge of

Banking / Transaction Banking

systems: Payments Collections Trade Finance Securities Experience in stakeholder and vendor management Strong skills in costing, estimation, and budget tracking Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Banking, Business IT, or related field ITIL V3 Foundation or Business Change certification Experience working in large banking or financial institutions

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,386.34 - RM14,556.44 per month
