Proven experience in driving significant change and collaborating with stakeholders across different locations. Effective interaction and influence skills with stakeholders at various levels. Capability to take over and lead ongoing projects. Proficiency in working in non-structured environments and introducing structure when needed. Ability to analyze and structure complex problems, provide direction to others, consider end-to-end impacts on customers and the business, and engage externally. Capacity to challenge existing norms and propose alternative solutions, make recommendations, and take decisions based on available information. Self-driven and proactive work approach.
