Job Description


  • Lead and manage a project team involved in the entire lifecycle of an Automated Material Handling System, including engineering, production, delivery, installation, and testing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor project activities to ensure they meet financial, schedule, quality, and performance targets.
  • Handle progress payment claims and manage cash flow.
  • Motivate team members and oversee their work to achieve project goals.
  • Identify and address commercial and technical risks.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with team members, clients, and management to review progress.
Requirements
  • Possess a degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 3 years in a similar position and a minimum of 7 years of working experience on projects involving mechanical and electrical industrial plant or equipment
  • Having experience in logistic automation is beneficial, but it is not necessary
  • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as project management software like MS Project and Primavera
  • Having accreditation from a well-known project management institution like PMP or PRINCE2 can be beneficial, but it is not necessary.
  • Self-sufficient and able to operate under time constraints and pressure
  • Openness to undertake unplanned domestic and international journeys at short notice
