Lead and manage a project team involved in the entire lifecycle of an Automated Material Handling System, including engineering, production, delivery, installation, and testing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Plan, execute, and monitor project activities to ensure they meet financial, schedule, quality, and performance targets.
Handle progress payment claims and manage cash flow.
Motivate team members and oversee their work to achieve project goals.
Identify and address commercial and technical risks.
Conduct regular status meetings with team members, clients, and management to review progress.
Requirements
Possess a degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
At least 3 years in a similar position and a minimum of 7 years of working experience on projects involving mechanical and electrical industrial plant or equipment
Having experience in logistic automation is beneficial, but it is not necessary
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as project management software like MS Project and Primavera
Having accreditation from a well-known project management institution like PMP or PRINCE2 can be beneficial, but it is not necessary.
Self-sufficient and able to operate under time constraints and pressure
Openness to undertake unplanned domestic and international journeys at short notice
