Responsible for managing and delivering a Rural Water Supply (BALB) Reticulation Infrastructure Project in accordance with approved specifications, schedule, budget, and regulatory requirements. The role involves overall project coordination, site management, stakeholder liaison, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and statutory standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Plan, coordinate, and manage project execution from commencement to completion.
- Ensure compliance with JKR, SPAN, and State Water Authority requirements.
- Monitor project progress, cost control, claims, and variation orders.
- Coordinate with consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare progress reports, site documentation, and support testing & commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards on site.

REQUIREMENTS :

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in high-demand environments
- Comfortable operating in fast-track project settings
- Resilient, adaptable, and committed to maintaining quality standards even in time-sensitive conditions

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 78 weeks

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
