dynamic Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Merchant Acquisition

Promote and present company products to merchants, retailers, and partners Acquire new merchants and expand business partnerships Position company solutions effectively to meet merchant needs Generate new sales opportunities and achieve growth targets

Merchant Relationship & Account Management

Maintain and strengthen relationships with merchants Provide value-added insights through customer data and business trends Deliver training to merchant staff on company products Manage and improve merchant collection/payment processes

Sales Planning & Project Execution

Develop and implement business and sales plans Create schedules for the servicing team and track progress Manage project workflows, timelines, updates, and projections Prepare market studies, feasibility reports, and competitor analysis

Team Development & Leadership

Lead, motivate, and grow the sales/support team Bring high energy, assertiveness, and strong leadership presence Support daily operations and ensure business runs smoothly

Presentation & Proposal Development

Design and deliver business proposals to merchants and banks Create compelling PowerPoint presentations for deal closing Support management with reporting and analysis

Job Requirement

Strong experience in

Project Management / Business Development / Sales

Excellent communication & presentation skills Confident, driven, and able to manage multiple tasks Strong leadership with team-building capability Highly proactive, problem-solving mindset
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
