Job Description

Managing the end-to-end project implementation including project planning, risk management, quality control and implementation, financial management, management of resource, collaboration and etc. Responsible for research, implementation and on-ground initiatives Adheres to all applicable procedures, company policies and any other quality or regulatory requirements Assists in preparing progress reports to key stakeholders on overall project updates, mitigation of risk / issue, timeline and other related matters Coordinates review process on deliverables and technical related activity within departments Drives estimation, work breakdown and resource allocation for projects and change requests. Creates and maintains the schedule, drives intermediate deliverables and ensures project commitments are met Define and track weekly work goals of projects, change requests and resolves issues Manage activities and priorities to meet expectations Report goals & objectives to management and identify impacts to overall project schedule, cost, scope and quality Works collaboratively and professionally while dealing with organizational complexity and competing priorities Ability to communicate schedule changes and challenges both to management and team Sets meaningful personal goals and helps others prioritize short-term activities around work team/functional priorities

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
