Job Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee technical, construction, quality, design, safety, environmental and contractual issues. Monitor and control Project Progress. Monitor and control Project Finances/Cash Flow, Administer Construction Contract. Monitor and control Project Quality Compliance. Monitor and control Project's Health & Safety Compliance. Monitor and control Environmental Requirement Compliance. Administer project handover includes testing, commissioning and inspection for final certification by the authorities. Establish operations & maintenance plans include establishing project operation plans. Attending all liaisons with client, consultants and vendors to ensure successful coordination among all parties of the project team for a good ranking progress of the works.

Requirements:

Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline from recognized learning institutions Well-versed in the knowledge of design techniques, engineering, materials specification, usage & limitation, methodology of construction, contract, budgeting & costing. Able to plan and implement priorities with good follow-up & follow-through to achieve the desired result Strong leadership qualities and ability to lead the internal and external team to achieve goals and objectives. Must be computer literate.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
