They offer complete energy-saving solutions, including consulting, project management, design, supply, installation, operation, and maintenance. Their primary clients are in C&I, residential and LSS.Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end Solar project management.
• Handle project management tasks such as allocation, scheduling, cost control, and quality management.
• Manage and supervise on-site project activities.
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians.
• Collaborate with design, QS, licensing, and other relevant project teams.
• Coordinate with project consultants, consumers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure project delivery meets schedule and quality specifications.
• Conduct on-site testing and commissioning.
• Ensure site safety and health with support from the HSE team.
• Evaluate construction employees\' performance and implement disciplinary actions as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by immediate superior.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years relevant work experience.
• Experience in the Solar Energy Industry is an advantage.
• Strong time management and planning skills.
• Independent, self-initiated, responsible, and committed.
• Own transport and willingness to travel.
