What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Experience: Several years of proven experience in IT Project Management, with a minimum of 3 years directly managing cloud/infrastructure projects.
• Cloud Technical Knowledge: Strong working proficiency with Microsoft Azure is essential.
• Methodology: Mastery of Project Management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
• Certifications (Highly Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant Azure/Cloud Certifications.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

What you'll be doing on the job
You are a project leader who will manage and deliver our critical IT projects focused on Microsoft Azure Cloud. You will bridge the gap between technical teams and business needs to ensure we successfully modernize our applications and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)

• Lead Azure Cloud Projects: Manage the entire lifecycle (planning, execution, closure) of cloud projects, focusing on Microsoft Azure solutions.
• App Modernization & Migration: Directly manage projects to update our old applications and move them safely and efficiently to the Azure cloud.
• Manage Constraints: Control and report on project timelines, budgets, resources, and scope.
• Coordinate Teams: Work closely with and coordinate various internal teams (engineers, security, developers) and external vendors/subcontractors.
• Stakeholder Communication: Be the primary point of contact. Keep senior leaders and business stakeholders informed with regular, clear updates.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify problems before they happen and implement solutions quickly to keep projects on track.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure all deliverables meet our internal quality standards and comply with strict financial industry regulations in Malaysia.
