Job Description

1. Be responsible for the overall planning and daily work arrangement of the department, follow up the project progress, coordinate internally and externally, and meet the needs of customers on time;

2. Project development cycle management and technology implementation

3. Project budget and team configuration;

4. BOM management and cost control;

5. Lead the introduction and trial production of new products;

6. Be responsible for the performance evaluation of the new product development team;

7.Formulation of APQP, PPAP, WI and SOP documents;

8. Formulation of process flow for new products and modified products;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
