Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage M&E/E&E projects including budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders. Ensure all works comply with technical specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations. Conduct site visits to oversee installation, testing, and commissioning works. Lead project meetings and resolve any issues or delays promptly. Manage project documentation including drawings, change orders, and progress claims. Ensure timely handover and project closeout with complete documentation and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in
Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering
, or related field. Minimum3-5 years
of relevant experience in M&E or E&E project management. Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC, power distribution, fire protection, and low-voltage systems. Experience in managing industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects. Familiar with local regulations, safety practices, and project management methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera) is an added advantage. PMP certification is a plus.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,842.31 - RM12,539.48 per month
