This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and oversee the design, planning, and successful execution of high-voltage main power intake projects, ensuring they meet required standards, stay within budget, and achieve project objectives. With the responsibility of managing a project development team and liaising with stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in delivering smooth implementation, exceptional quality, and timely completion of projects.

• Responsible for designing and planning HV main power intake for new development projects in M&E engineering.
• Administer contracts and projects, ensuring they adhere to required standards and stay within time-cost budget.
• Monitor and manage projects from design planning to execution, meeting project objectives and goals.
• Lead project development team, overseeing coordination, budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and progress.
• Liaise with relevant authorities, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth implementation and project quality.
• Conduct regular site inspections to review project progress and performance according to schedule.
• Organize progress meetings with stakeholders to review project progress and keep management informed.
• Manage changes and promptly escalate potential project issues that may impact schedule.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in M&E, project management or any related field.
• A minimum of 5 years working experience in project management for construction development projects.
• Preferably candidate with experience in HV (High voltage) main power intake for new development.
• Strong knowledge in full construction development life cycle.
• Possess strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to relocate.
