Job Description

:

Lead and coordinate the entire project/product lifecycle, from initial planning to final execution Collaborate with internal teams, including design, engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to develop project/product specifications and requirements Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to evaluate project/product viability and potential obstacles Develop project/product schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and cost-effective execution Monitor and track project/product progress, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from established plans Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project/product status, milestones, and deliverables Conduct thorough research and analysis to support decision-making and problem-solving throughout the project/product lifecycle Manage and mitigate project/product risks, implementing contingency plans when necessary Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements, address inquiries, and provide technical support Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, leveraging lessons learned and implementing process enhancements Perform any other ad-hoc assignments and other duties assigned by HOD/PIC.
Job Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Experience in the industry relevant to the company's field. Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Some travel may be required depending on project needs. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
