Job Description

What you will do You will supervise the execution of the most basic projects, serve as primary on-site project leader, following standardized project management procedures. You will use standard tracking tools to report project progress, evaluate project costs and progress against budget and plan. Furthermore, you will have overall responsibility to overlook CavAsia Projects related work scope, ensure the good engineering practise and maintenance friendly, safe operation is implemented, ensure the good engineering practise and maintenance friendly, safe operation is implemented
How you will do it \xc2\xb7 Your duties as Project Manager shall include but not limited to the following: \xc2\xb7 To help source for new projects through your contacts or otherwise \xc2\xb7 To support and prepare tenders and quotations to potential clients \xc2\xb7 To handle, lead and implement projects which includes but not limited to: \xc2\xb7 Liaise with Client Representative pertaining to craft and project related activities \xc2\xb7 Handle and control staff including dedicating responsibilities to your supporting staff on site where applicable \xc2\xb7 Prepare project execution and QA/QC plans etc. as per project requirements \xc2\xb7 Prepare, discuss, and finalize Variation Orders with sub-con and clients \xc2\xb7 Project schedule and cost control and monitoring \xc2\xb7 Prepare close after completion of the project \xc2\xb7 Overall responsible for project profit \xc2\xb7 Engagement in the on-boarding process of new staff \xc2\xb7 Continues improvement
What we look for: Required \xc2\xb7 University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. \xc2\xb7 6 Years suggested minimum experience.
