JOB DESCRIPTIONS \xef\x82\xb7 Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects. \xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. \xef\x82\xb7 To coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. \xef\x82\xb7 Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. \xef\x82\xb7 Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. \xef\x82\xb7 Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. \xef\x82\xb7 Report and escalate to management as needed. \xef\x82\xb7 Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. \xef\x82\xb7 Perform risk management to minimize project risks. \xef\x82\xb7 Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. \xef\x82\xb7 Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. OTHER REQUIREMENTS \xef\x82\xb7 Possesses a valid driving license \xef\x82\xb7 Havin g a valid CIDB Green Card \xef\x82\xb7 Other professional certificate s / qualification, e. g. HSE, Project Critical Path, Project Management Essential, Project Planning & Con trolling, etc. JOB REQUIREMENT \xef\x82\xb7 Candidate must willing to work in Tawau & Kota Kinabalu. \xef\x82\xb7 Managing mining , surveying and exploration activities \xef\x82\xb7 Remote area of mining, in Tawau. \xef\x82\xb7 Overseeing the necessary requirement , resources , sup port and supply for the duration of the activities.
