Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field Minimum 8 years of experience in construction or project management Strong leadership and communication skills Proficient in construction software and Microsoft Office Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Familiarity with Malaysian construction regulations and safety protocols Certification from CIDB (e.g., Certified Construction Manager - CCM) is a plus

Job Scopes:

Oversee end-to-end project management --from planning to handover Manage budgets, schedules, and quality control across multiple sites Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth operations Monitor site safety and compliance with regulatory standards Resolve on-site issues and adapt plans to meet evolving project needs Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
