Responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing construction projects from start to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coordinate, and supervise all project activities and teams on-site.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Manage resources, materials, and subcontractors efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Monitor project progress, resolve technical and operational issues promptly.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Prepare and submit project documentation and reports.
