Project Manager to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects
-- from customer handover to mass production readiness.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead NPI projects to meet quality, cost, and timeline targets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Review mechanical/electronic designs for manufacturability and provide feedback.
Act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams.
Identify risks and drive solutions to ensure on-time delivery.
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or related Engineering field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or NPI.
Able to review mechanical/electronic drawings.
Proficient in English; Mandarin-speaking is an advantage.
Willing to work in
Senai, Johor.
