Project Manager to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects
-- from customer handover to mass production readiness.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage NPI projects to achieve quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
Review mechanical and electronic designs for manufacturability and provide technical feedback.
Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams.
Identify potential project risks and drive corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or related Engineering field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or NPI.
Able to review mechanical/electronic drawings.
Proficient in English; Mandarin-speaking is an advantage.
Willing to work in
Senai, Johor.
