Open Position: Project Manager, Office Design & Facilities Management (MNC based Company)

An MNC based Company is currently hiring Project Manager, Office Design & Facilities Management to join the team and be based in the Selangor office.

Key responsibilities include:

-Holds a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Art Design/Architecture/Property Development/Real Estate Management or it\xe2\x80\x99s equivalent

-More than 6 years working experience with good experience working as Project Manager covering Office/Commercial Design and Renovation

-Keep track of the Office Design and Facilities Management projects performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals

-Work closely with the management team to provide an efficient and safe working environment for employees and their activities by using best business practices to manage resources, services and processes

-Develop good relationships with the employees to collect feedback and inputs to increase work productivity and collaboration among colleagues in the workplace

-Develop and implement office facility contract and maintenance management program to ensure operation running smoothly

-Consistently comply with the Environmental, Health & Safety legal, regulation, standards and etc

-Good communication and stakeholder management skills
