Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning & Coordination

Develop and implement detailed project execution plans (PEP) for E&I works. Define project scope, schedule, and deliverables aligned with client specifications. Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal resources to achieve project goals.

2. Execution & Supervision

Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems. Ensure that all works comply with design specifications, drawings, codes, and standards. Monitor progress against schedule and implement corrective actions when delays occur. Lead site meetings, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely communication between stakeholders.

3. Budget & Cost Management

Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control reports. Approve and monitor material requisitions, variation orders, and progress claims. Ensure cost efficiency and adherence to financial targets.

4. Quality, Safety & Compliance

Enforce safety regulations and ensure all works comply with company and client HSE policies. Review and approve QA/QC documentation, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITP). Conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.

5. Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the main point of contact for clients and consultants. Conduct progress meetings, presentations, and project updates. Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong professional relationships.

6. Documentation & Reporting

Prepare and submit project reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on progress, cost, and issues. Ensure proper documentation for testing, commissioning, and project handover. Support project close-out, including as-built drawings and final documentation.
