Role Summary Kinesso is seeking a Project Manager with prior experience in managing projects for the DevOps teams and has exposure to Agile Scrum. The position is immediate and on contract until the end of this year. This role is based in Malaysia but operates in the US Eastern time zone to facilitate meetings and maintain alignment with the team\'s operational needs of the teams based in the US and Colombia . You will also support various other initiatives within our engineering organization. You will be assertive in addressing changes and managing multiple concurrent projects including planning, estimating, and resource allocation. You will be the gatekeeper to ensure we deliver impactful and aesthetically pleasing products with both client and internal objectives being met. You will work with multidisciplinary and will manage internal and external stakeholders while consistently ensuring that the project is delivered on time and budget, meeting the set scope of requirements. Responsibilities Develop project plans working with business and Technology stakeholders. Develop the change management plans and identify and track Risks/Issues for the projects. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility Working with team members (geographically distributed) to ensure the projects are delivered with quality and on time. Status Reporting to Senior Management Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Managing Infra / Cloud / Security related and any other custom projects for the DevOps team using company-specific project management processes Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in managing IT projects in Waterfall/Agile methodologies. Bachelors/Masters in IT or computer-related discipline Strong understanding of project management methodology and proficiency in working with Project Management tools Working knowledge of Jira, Asana Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Good understanding of the latest technologies Good to Have PM Certification Agile/Scrum Certification Managed projects in the Media Industry Experience working with global teams.
