Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
s:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of an IT project from initiation to closure.
Define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; manage changes and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Facilitate regular meetings, status updates, and clear communication with stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve any issues.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and procedures.
Support the implementation and scaling of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives, preferably with prior exposure or understanding.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, risk logs, and post-project reviews.
Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferably familiar with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts or implementations.
