Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to Digital Signage, CCTV Installation, Construction etc.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT department, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Oversee the procurement and management of project resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
Implement best practices for project management and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and technical specifications.
Handle vendor and subcontractor relationships: Manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring that agreements are met and that they deliver quality work on time.
Weekly Reporting: Report project progress weekly to the Senior Manager / Managing Director to keep the management informed of the latest progress of all projects in hand.
Pre-requisites:
Education: Diploma / Degree in Engineering/ Project Management , or a related field.
Technical & Soft Skills:
Proven experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, specifically in handling installation & system.
Technical expertise: Strong technical background with the ability to understand and manage complex systems and smart project implementations.
Project management skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Leadership skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of successfully leading and motivating teams.
Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Organizational skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Attention to detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of project management.
Vendor management: Proven experience in handling vendors and subcontractors, with a strong network of reliable partners and preferably existing contacts within the industry.
