Job Description

:

Ensure all project deliverables are achieved on time, within budget, and exceed stakeholder expectations. Estimating the cost of the project and ensuring financial resources are allocated for materials, labor, and equipment. Providing regular progress updates and forecast claims reporting to senior management Coordinate with main contractor, subcontractors, consultants, internal teams, and other trades to schedule plumbing work and ensure smooth workflow, resolve conflicts, and address site issues. Site work done verification with Main Con Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and labor usage Track, coordinate, and facilitate responses to RFIs and project needs. Manage coordination of approvals for Shop drawings, Model reviews, vendor document approvals, etc. Conduct project coordination meetings with all stakeholders.

Job Requirement:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Pipeline or engineering industry Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements Proficient in the use of project management software and tools Preferably knowledgeable in PIPELINE Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, CAD drawings Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage detailed project plans and budgets Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships Problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify and resolve issues quickly

Pay: RM9,500.00 - RM10,500.00 per month
