Position: Project Manager

Location: Petaling Jaya (PJ) / Melaka (MLK) / Johor Bahru (JB) / Penang (PG)

Employment Type: Permanent (Not under agency)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager

to lead multi-discipline

industrial construction projects

from award to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure project delivery in terms of

cost, schedule, quality, and compliance

, while managing design, EPC, and construction activities. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and effective communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for clients and maintain strong working relationships. Lead technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution after contract award. Manage EPC, design, construction management, and design-build projects. Resolve project-related issues with stakeholders, including system owners, consultants, and authorities. Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and ethical standards. Plan and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion. Manage project budgets, contracts, and overall profitability. Attend commercial, design, technical, and site meetings as required. Ensure strict adherence to

Job Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in

Electrical

or

Mechanical Engineering

.

Experience:

Minimum

10 years

in industrial projects or construction operations.

Preferred Experience:

Multi-discipline projects, especially

HVAC

and

cleanroom

projects.

Languages:

Proficient in

English

and

Bahasa Malaysia

;

Mandarin

is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in

Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD

;

Microsoft Project

is a plus.

Certifications:

Must possess a valid

CIDB Green Card

. Strong

leadership

skills.
