The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of assigned cluster projects within scope, time and budget.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

• Develop project charters, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate resources and manage day-to-day project activities.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Communicate progress, issues, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Conduct project post-mortems to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support other function's projects as BE OPC representative.

Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; Minimum PMD certified.
• Ability to adapt to frequent changes in fast moving environment.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
• Experience in managing cross-functional projects in a multinational environment.
• Familiarity with project management software and reporting tools.
