We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our Northern Property Division as a Project Manager reporting to Head of Northern Property. Responsibility \xc2\xb7 Responsible to ensure all project assignment goals are met \xc2\xb7 Responsible for coordinating and leading project team(s) consisting consultants of various disciplines, generally record and vet documents and reports prior to submitting for approval \xc2\xb7 Sitting in project meetings and project sub-committee meetings and report findings. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for resolving issues relating to land and local authorities \xc2\xb7 Responsible in finalization and approval of Project Brief, check and ensure consultants abide by the agreed Project Brief \xc2\xb7 Responsible in the preparation and update of Project Feasibility Study with Consultant team \xc2\xb7 Set up and manage Project Document Control System \xc2\xb7 Assist in setting up and managing of Project Budget \xc2\xb7 Assist in setting up of project programming and scheduling, track progress and delivery, highlight red flags if any \xc2\xb7 Vet and make recommendations on Project QA/QC procedures submitted by architect/consultant team \xc2\xb7 Assists in the vetting of interim claims submitted by Contractor and attend joint site valuations. \xc2\xb7 Assist in preparation and presentation of Progress Reports and Tender Reports. Requirement \xc2\xb7 Degree in Architecture / Civil / Building Construction. \xc2\xb7 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience in project / construction management / property development. \xc2\xb7 Solid technical knowledge in property development, construction and contract administration \xc2\xb7 Good liaison skills with local authorities, government agencies, contractors and consultants \xc2\xb7 Fluent in English (written and spoken) *Bonus for Mandarin/Cantonese \xc2\xb7 Knowledge in CAD programs and MS Project an added advantage \xc2\xb7 Proactive and ability to work in face-paced environment and in meeting tight deadline. \xc2\xb7 Permanent vacancy based in Ipoh, Perak.
