Project Manager

to join our team and manage daily operations at construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Coordinate and oversee all project activities, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure all project requirements are met. Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, overseeing performance, and ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Prepare and present regular reports on project status, including updates on timelines, budget, and scope. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations on all projects. Manage project budgets and control costs, ensuring that expenditures are within the approved limits. Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and other key stakeholders. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronics, or a related field. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in project management, electrical engineering, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or other project management software). Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with the local regulations and industry standards. PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are an advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed. Familiarity with construction management software is an advantage. Valid driving license. Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
