Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Lead and manage the overall project management and construction activities to ensure health, safety and environment, schedule, cost, scope of works and quality are adhered and achieved. Plan, organize, supervise and coordinate all technical, commercial, financial and administrative matters of the projects. To plan and prepare project schedule and allocate for the required resources, monitor the progress and take appropriate steps to expedite the project works, when necessary. Possess good understanding on the contract document including the project requirements and specifications to ensure the works are compliance with the requirements and specifications. Familiar with Condition of Contract. Feedback to project Stakeholders on all site related matters including site issues, changes and solution made via meeting or email communication. Coordinate the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities to facilitate project handover Prepare monthly project progress report and weekly project update to project Stakeholders Produce written meeting minutes for circulation and records

Job Requirement

5 - 10 years experience as a Project Manager for major projects preferable flood mitigation projects Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Professional Engineer will be an added advantage Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and communication) Team Player Ability to meet tight time schedule Experienced with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Project etc. Willing to travel and relocate based on project requirement
