The Project Manager manages the full cycle of KyoChon outlet development from site evaluation, renovation planning, design coordination, procurement, to final handover. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of new outlet openings and renovation projects.
Conduct site inspections, feasibility assessments, and technical evaluations.
Manage contractors, designers, suppliers, and third parties to ensure timely project progress.
Review technical drawings, M&E plans, and ensure compliance with KyoChon standards and legal requirements.
Monitor renovation timeline, cost control, procurement schedules, and material delivery.
Conduct site meetings, prepare project updates, and resolve technical or operational issues.
Ensure handover is completed with full compliance (Bomba, DBKL/MBPJ, utility approvals, safety, and brand SOPs).
Maintain strong stakeholder communication across Operations, BD, Finance, and HQ.
Requirements
Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
At least 5 years in F&B, retail, construction, or fit-out project management.
Strong knowledge of M&E, construction processes, authority submissions, and cost management.
Excellent planning, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
