Requirements

• Good knowledge in interior fit out project management & technical detailing.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Experience in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, AutoCad, MS Project
• Proficient in English
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the Interiors Fit-Out/renovation industry or related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must have initiative, responsible, hard working and can work independently.
• Applicants must be willing to travel when required.
• Willing to work long hours and weekend when required.

Responsibilities

• Take lead on project implementation and oversee site works progress to ensure successful completion.
• To prepare and monitor project schedule, weekly site progress reports, as built drawings and etc.
• Plan & execute project activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and of acceptable quality standard
• Co-ordinate with sub-contractors/suppliers on timely delivery of materials and handover of projects with good workmanship
• Distribute drawings and advise sub-contractors on construction methods
• Attend to architect/designer/client needs and requests;
• Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior. Leading project team for project execution
• Chair project or site meeting
• Managing project budget and cost control
• Quality or standard of workmanship control
• General labour and workforce control
