Assist Project Control Director for all quality aspect from pre-tender stage to post construction stage.
Assist involve in inception, feasibility, project information, tender action and post contract activity.
Assist involve in tender evaluation and tender interview.
Assist prepare of estimation and feasibility study.
Assist select of tendering procurement, render evaluation and award of contract.
Assist post-contract administration which included: attending management meeting, client/consultant site meeting, cost comparison exercise, variation order claim, site inspection when necessary, check on interim payment recommended by contractors and final account statement.
Assist ensure work at site progressing smoothly and construct delivered by contractors in accordance to drawings and are complied with specifications and standard specified.
Assist coordinate with contractors, consultants, authority, project and office to achieve departmental goals.
Assist report to Management regarding site works and quality issues.
Assist liaison with authority particularly on building, structural and infrastructures. The related processes including seeking for approval, testing and commissioning and ensure site safety and site environment suitable for work.
Assist in obtaining certificate of fitness for infrastructures and handed it over to relevant authorities.
Attending to building, structural and infrastructures' joint inspection with authority, consultants and contractors.
Verify vouchers for petty cash claims and general workers' salaries.
Ensure for the measuring equipment calibration.
Assist to witness cube test and other testing when required.
Monitor and ensure Non-Conformance Records are properly closed.
Undertake other related jobs from time to time as directed by the Project Control Director and Directors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Degree in Construction and Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
Must be a CIDB green card holder.
Minimum five (10) years working experience in Project Construction, in similar position or related working experience.
Preferably candidates with extension working experience in construction management, development professional, highly competent to resolve all construction issues for fast-track projects , data centres, factory, semiconductor.
In-depth understanding of construction procedures, technical and project management principles.
Good leadership and interpersonal skill to communicate with other team members.
Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, multi task, problem solving skills, independent and able to meet tight deadlines.
Understanding of site safety plan and safety activities operation flow.
Proficiency in English and Malay and computer literate.
Can handle pressure well.

Pay: RM3,040.93 - RM12,430.47 per month
