The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring and closing projects to ensure delivery within scope, timeline and budget. The role involves coordinating cross functional teams, managing stakeholders, mitigating risks and ensuring projects align with organizational goals and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria
Develop detailed project plans, schedules and timelines
Manage project execution in accordance with approved plans
Team & Resource Management
Lead and coordinate project teams and external vendors
Assign tasks, manage workloads and monitor team performance
Ensure effective utilization of resources
Budget & Cost Control
Prepare and manage project budgets
Monitor project costs and ensure cost efficiency
Report on budget status and variances
Risk & Issue Management
Identify, assess and manage project risks and issues
Develop mitigation and contingency plans
Escalate critical risks or delays to management
Stakeholder Management
Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders
Manage stakeholder expectations and communications
Conduct regular project updates and meetings
Quality & Compliance
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and present project status reports to management
Maintain complete and accurate project documentation
Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
