Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and supervise all phases of project development - from design to completion.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and relevant authorities to ensure timely approvals and smooth execution.
- Monitor project progress, cost control, and quality compliance.
- Prepare and review project schedules, reports and progress updates for management review.
- Ensure all works comply with statutory requirements, specifications and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in property development or construction project management.
- Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.
- Experience liaising with consultants, local authorities, and contractors in Sabah will be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
