Degree in Civil Engineering discipline with minimum 4-7 years relevant experience in a similar position in construction, oil and gas, power plants and etc.
Min 5 years experience in Civil/Scaffolding and 2 years managerial level.
Possess good interpersonal skills with sound written and oral communication skills with multi-disciplinary engineering adaptation.
Candidate with Basic Scaffold Competency is advantages
Excellent communication skills and marketing knowledge.
Required language(s) fluent English & Malay.
Able to work independently and prefer candidate who able to travel / relocate outstation.

JOB SUMMARY
1. Attend meeting and liaise with Client's, Consultant's, Authorities' in regard to contractual matters and requirements.
2. Plan or with Planning Engineer, implement and enforce work programs. Responsible for revised work programs when required.
3. Chair Sub contractors, Civil coordination, Safety meetings with the supports of Project Team.
4. Plan and Develop the Project Ideas, work with internal stakeholders and external clients to define that concept and create a process to bring it to fruition.
5. Setting and managing client expectations, developing a detailed project plan, defining the scope of the project, understanding project risks and assigning team members to specific tasks.
6. Create and lead the project team, including leading a team capable of meeting or exceeding client expectations for their vision.
7. Monitor the project progress and set deadlines. Creating an accurate timeline of project completion to ensuring tasks are finished within the confines of the assignment and monitor the project is progressing.
8. Problem Solving that arise, to anticipate any potential hiccups before they happen. Adaptability and problem solving are key to keeping control of a project.
9. To make sure that the project gets done without excessive spending, mastering the art of cost efficiency. Work with budgeting.
10. Evaluate Project Performance, responsible for evaluating the project efficiency and effectiveness. To identify shortcomings and plan for ways to fix similar issues in the future.
11. Prepare and sign off all correspondences, submissions, documents related to the project / operation.
12. Support by Project Team to prepare and submit Progress Reports to Project Operation Department, Clients/Consultants.
13. Oversee the implementation of works in compliance with specifications and drawings.
14. Oversee site staffs, manpower resources, materials and quality of works.
15. Verified on Materials Requisition.
16. Resolution of non-compliance reports (NCR/CAR).
17. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly project report.
18. To follow and ensure all relevant personnel comply to OHS requirements.
19. To perform any other tasks as requested by the superiors and management and to
generally, perform all administrative work;
20. To strictly adhere to OHS requirements when carry out auditing.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
